We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to join our integrated team in the Start Well area, as a Commissioner with responsibility for special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our vision and priorities for SEND services are reflected in our new SEND and Alternative Provision Strategy which are: for children and young people with SEND to be valued, visible, and prepared for adulthood for all partners to work together effectively to deliver what is needed for our children with SEND for education, health, and social care teams do what matters well, and in a timely way to deliver a SEND system which makes sense, which families can navigate, and which places families at its heart. About the Role: As a Commissioner (SEND), you will: lead projects:

to commission services, manage contracts and projects across a partnership with parents, carers and partners. drive change:

deliver projects that lead to improved outcomes, particularly SEND but working across the integrated team. collaborate:

working closely with colleagues, stakeholders, and providers. About You: We are looking for someone who: hears the voice of children:
