The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold a degree (2:2 or above)—all disciplines are welcome, though a core subject is preferred. Be supportive, friendly, and approachable. Demonstrate resilience and motivation, inspiring students to reach their full potential. Have a creative and reflective mindset, capable of delivering well-structured support sessions to individuals. Be able to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and student-focused team. Ideally have some experience working with young people (preferred but not essential). Be able to reliably commute to the Surrey area.
