Key Responsibilities Manage Residential Property Transactions: Handle a full range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, lease extensions, and remortgages. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert legal advice and clear communication. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of fee earners and support staff, ensuring exceptional client service and efficient case management.
