Encourage participation in hobbies and interests to develop social and life skills. Encourage and assist with educational activities and attendance at school or other educational settings Follow and contribute to individual care plans for each child, ensuring that the child's needs and preferences are respected. Work as part of a team of care staff, sharing information and providing support to colleagues.
