Royston. As a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you'll play a vital role in supporting students aged 6-19 with moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism, and complex medical needs. You'll also work with young adults aged 18-30, empowering them to reach their full potential. In this role, you'll provide individualized communication and dysphagia support, conduct assessments, and develop therapy programs tailored to the needs of each individual. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and train others to deliver consistent, high-quality care. Your expertise and empathy will be key to success in this role.
