Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to service users. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility. Promote independence and choice while respecting individual preferences. Support service users with physical, emotional, and social needs. Accurately follow care plans and risk assessments. Assist in administering medication (if trained and required). Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment in line with health and safety regulations. Build trusting relationships with service users, families, and colleagues. Requirements:

Previous experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, or similar role (preferred). Relevant qualifications such as a Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable). Understanding of safeguarding, dignity, and person-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one). What We Offer:
