Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: 34,812.34 per annum (including sleep-in shifts), increasing to 35,662.85 per annum after successful completion of the probation period. Location: Castleford About the Role: We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker, providing care and support to young people aged 8-18. Our client offers a nurturing and developmental environment for young people who have faced significant challenges and trauma in their lives, creating a rewarding workplace for their team. The role involves working on a 3-week rolling rota, totalling 56.4 hours per week (including sleep-in shifts). The working pattern typically consists of one day on and two days off. Experience in managing a team is preferred. A Level 3/4 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce is advantageous. A valid UK driving license is essential.
