Senior Care Worker Required In Sandwell

We are looking for a Care Assistant at Sandwell. The candidate will be required to have experience working within Care (preferably dementia care), along with the following essential criteria: NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent. Experience working with administering, ordering, storing and disposing of medicine and ability to meet the policy procedure for this. Previous experience of supervising staff. The care home is a purpose-built residential unit for people with dementia. We are looking for someone who has a passion for dementia care. The role includes providing leadership to a small team to ensure that person-centred care is delivered to meet the individual needs and expectations of the service users and ensure their safety and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the needs of older people with dementia, effective communication skills, and be able to produce clear and accurate records.
