Join Our Team! Early Years Practitioner Level 3 - Lancaster We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join our vibrant team in Lancaster! If you are excited about nurturing young minds, supporting child development, and creating a safe and stimulating environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development. Observe and assess children's progress, keeping accurate records. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children to explore and grow. Requirements: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). A passion for working with young children and helping them thrive. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
