In this vibrant role, you will act as the right hand to the Store Manager, leading an enthusiastic team and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and a delightful shopping experience.
This is a full-time 40hrs/week, maternity cover role.
A Typical Day at Work:
Start the day by motivating your team and aligning on daily sales targets Engage with customers to provide personalised product recommendations Train and support your team to enhance product knowledge and sales skills Maintain the store's visual standards to create an inviting atmosphere End the day by reviewing performance and preparing for tomorrow. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day store operations efficiently Step in for the Store Manager when required and maintain operational consistency Promote a customer-first culture that builds loyalty and repeat business Encourage teamwork and foster a positive and energetic workplace Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment procedures What We're Looking For:
