We’re working exclusively with a leading international bank with a friendly and collegiate culture, who are hiring for a VP of Employee Relations as part of a small ER team covering ER case management and advisory. This role will be hybrid three days a week in their London office (City-based).
Reporting to the Head of ER for the region, the bank is currently building their ER team. This will be a good opportunity for an experienced ER practitioner to be part of shaping the direction here, as well as being involved in all aspects of ER, with a focus on advisory and complex case management. You will be an experienced ER professional – ideally bringing experience from financial services. The team size here means that this role will be best suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on as needed and likes building strong relationships.
Salary is GBP100-120k plus bonus, depending on experience.
