Essex office / some Hybrid working Our client is seeking an experienced
Quantity Surveyor
to join their Major Works/Finance department. The successful candidate will oversee financial and commercial aspects of allocated engineering contracts and projects, ensuring that costs are minimized and value recovery is maximized. Salary & package: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum Key Responsibilities
Overseeing lifts & escalators projects, modernisations & renewals, and servicing activities. Oversee valuations and applications for payment. Manage cash collection efforts. Liaise with Project and Site Managers. Produce cash flow forecasts and maintain contract records. Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying within a mechanical or engineering environment. Intermediate skills in Excel and Word. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
