Senior Project Manager - Tier 1 Contractor - Birmingham
Senior Project Manager - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to lead the team on major design and build projects ranging from £10m to £100m.
The initial project includes building and refurbishment works to a major public sector building in Birmingham (£80m). The Senior Project Manager will lead the team on this project and report into the Operations Director.

Requirements:
Experience delivering D&B projects as a Project Manager
Experience managing clients and project stakeholders
Experience managing construction sub-contractors
Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead the project team to deliver the scheme in a safe environment
Ensure that CDM principles are being applied on the project
Manage project stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Manage site delivery teams to ensure quality and programme
