Exciting opportunity for a

Health, Safety and Environment Officer

to join our client who is a leader in their field of vehicle safety systems.

Candidates should be NEBOSH qualified and be familiar with PUWER (Provision of Use of Work Equipment Regulations).

Duties include: Conducting site safety inspections and audits on a regular basis, implementing preventative measures as necessary. Performing regular checks for fire alarm testing, evacuation procedures, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers. Conducting H & S inductions for new starters and contractors. Providing advice, monitoring, and reporting in the workplace to ensure safe practices are adhered to at all times. Conducting investigations into safety incidents and monitoring safety performance.

Candidates need to demonstrate a proven record of experience in a similar role, along with a good working knowledge of risk assessments, safe systems of work, and accident investigation.

Our client is part of a global organization, so you will be required to coordinate activities with other offices and EU warehouse facilities.
