ully remote role
on a
temporary
basis for a 3 month period with the possibility of extension . The successful candidate will be: Managing a complex caseload, dealing with anything from fixed-fee divorces to financial disputes Working on high net worth and complex children cases Providing legal advice to clients over the phone, via written communication channels, and face to face meetings Taking ownership of a mixed caseload of family matters, undertaking active negotiation and mediation to get the best results for your clients Advising the team on complex legal queries, acting as the subject matter specialist in family law Required skills Qualified as a solicitor / CILEX qualified, with significant post-qualification experience A proven background in family law, with excellent legal technical knowledge Solid knowledge of divorce, separation, financial settlements, cohabitation and children law Hours per Week: 37.5 Hourly rate:
