We’re seeking a dedicated User Access Team Leader to join our Group IT team. If you're passionate about driving service excellence, embracing innovation, and ensuring compliance, this is the ideal role for you! As a User Access Team Leader you will: Oversee and directly manage a small, high-performing IAM team, collaborating across multiple sites. Drive compliance with Group IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance policies while processing user access requests. Perform annual and quarterly access reviews and ensure all IAM processes meet obligations. Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes, with a focus on automation and maturity. Foster continuous improvement and enhance the team’s efficiency and customer satisfaction. Provide coaching, training, and one-on-one development to team members. Demonstrated expertise in Identity and Access Management, IT Service Desk, or End User Support, including team leadership. Leadership:

Strong ability to motivate and develop a technical team in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills:

Experience in ITIL-aligned service delivery and familiarity with implementing new processes and improvements. Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail. Problem-Solving:

A proactive approach to tackling challenges and managing customer requests. Collaboration:
