Data Engineering Technical Lead Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

We are looking for a Data Engineering Technical Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a senior data engineer in data lake/lake house architecture and hands-on experience developing data pipelines using Pyspark and SQL. A bit about the job: The Data Engineering Technical Lead will provide technical expertise and delivery capability across the development & IT Change community. The role will be critical to ensuring development standards are maintained in delivering solutions to time and budgetary targets. You will be a technical expert who can give informed technical input into the preparation of solution designs, have a good understanding of the detailed technical deliverables and requirements across multiple projects, and keep a clear overview of all aspects of this area. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Strong technical consultancy experience across ETL/Data Warehouse/Big Data but comfortable with hands-on delivery. Working experience of Cloud Technologies and data ecosystem, AWS is preferable. Expert in the development of data pipelines based on Pyspark and SQL with orchestration tools such as Airflow, Tivoli, etc. Knowledge of OLAP implementation on any Database technologies (Snowflake preferred). Excellent understanding of Data Engineering methodologies, with the ability to explore new technologies and patterns as required in project execution. What you’ll get for this role: Starting

between £60,000 - £65,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications). Bonus
