We're looking for a

Content Specialist

to join our team and support our global B2B initiatives for our conferencing systems solutions. In this crucial position, you will produce and manage engaging content across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt content for international markets, and ensure that it is effective and aligned with company objectives.

Content Creation

Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall company objectives and branding guidelines. Project Management

Manage content projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources. Work closely with Global and Regional teams to ensure content deliverables are met on time and within scope. Track and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring timely resolution. Global Implementation

Adapt and localize content for different global markets, ensuring cultural and regional appropriateness. Coordinate with Regional teams to gather insights and feedback to continuously improve content relevance and effectiveness. Oversee the translation and localization process to maintain consistency and quality across all regions. Content Optimization

Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and effectiveness. Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and searchability. Regularly audit and update existing content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with company standards. Collaboration And Communication

Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and sales teams. Communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables clearly and effectively to all team members and stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in project management, and/or global content creation/implementation. Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Cultural sensitivity and experience working with global teams with familiarity with translation and localization processes. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in multiple languages (German language is a plus). Who We Are
