We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager for a Central Government data project. Are you a facilitative leader who can ensure the Agile Delivery Team adheres to processes and removes blocking issues?

Remote (might have occasional onsite visit)
Your Role: Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog Management
Clearly communicating Vision, goals and Product backlog items to the Team
Teaching the scrum team to create clear and concise Product Backlog items
Coaching the team in self-organisation and cross-functionality
Teaching and Leading the Team to create high-value products
Removing impediments to the Team’s progress
Facilitating Scrum events as requested and coaching the Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood
Leading and coaching the organisation in its Scrum adoption
Planning the Scrum implementations within the Organisation
Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and EM.
Increasing the productivity of the Team
Managing day to day project and live team activities
Promoting the self-allocation of work within the team or where necessary, assigning out tasks to the team
Monitoring project tasks to ensure timelines are on track
Identifying and calling out risks
