Your Impact Empower staff through best use of Microsoft 365 tools Improve organisational productivity and collaboration Translate technology into tangible business value Support Falmouth University's strategic objectives through digital innovation Drive meaningful change aligned with our core university values What You'll Do Drive Microsoft 365 adoption and innovation Solve customer technical challenges Create impactful support materials and ad-hoc training as required Contribute to Agile and IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies Develop simple solutions across Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and more.
