Build on and deliver the Bruntwood Group Diversity and Inclusion strategy, embedding inclusivity into the business. Partner with the broader People & Talent team, leaders and our colleague networks to identify and address barriers to diversity and inclusion. Monitor and evaluate the impact of D&I initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership. Drive awareness and education on inclusive practices through workshops, training, and communication campaigns, working with our Colleague Communications Lead, Culture & Engagement Manager, and colleague networks. Act as a champion for diversity in leadership recruitment, retention, and succession planning strategies. Talent Development
Provide management and leadership to the Learning and Development team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and learning needs across the organisation. Coach the team on design, implementation, and evaluation of engaging learning programmes to enhance skill development, career progression, and business capability. Leadership Development
Evolve and implement leadership development, equipping current and emerging leaders with the skills needed to excel in a rapidly evolving environment. Partner with the Board and Exec Management Team to identify leadership development needs and align initiatives with business needs. Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and training programmes that promote leadership effectiveness and growth.
