You’re an experienced Credit Controller who thrives on building relationships and resolving issues, and you’re ready to take ownership of the ledger. You know how to chase and recover aged debt, allocate payments accurately, and maintain clear, open communication with clients. Joining a growing business based in Harrogate, you’ll manage the full credit control process, including chasing payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing regular reports. You’ll also have the chance to improve processes and really make the role your own. It’s a fast-paced environment, so your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise will be key.
