Based in our production facility in Warrington, the position operates within a highly dynamic yet structured team.
The Production Team Leader will be responsible for:
The day-to-day production planning
Leading a small production team
Setting and operating 5 axis CNC machines
Following the requirements of our quality management system
Embracing a strong Health & Safety culture
Hours of Work:
08:00 - 17:00 - Mon to Friday
40 hours per week
About you:
CNC Setting and operating experience, 5 Axis Mazak
Apprentice trained mechanical engineer (or equivalent experience)
Experience interpreting complex engineering drawings to manufacture components autonomously
Understanding and experience of a wide range of engineering tooling to support complex manufacturing methods
Production planning experience
QMS knowledge
Ability to react to changing and challenging situations
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Calm and methodical work ethic
