GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 (uncapped commission: OTE GBP40K+)

Excellent commission structure Hybrid working Reduced hours in school holidays Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to look after and grow an existing area of education business.
THE ROLE The Successful Recruitment Consultant Will Be Required To: Develop, run and grow an existing, and very well developed, education business in a defined area. Maintain the school and teacher relationship within this area. Proactively call new schools to generate new business. Build long-lasting partnerships with schools and organisations. Recruit and interview teachers and develop relationships. Complete and maintain day-to-day bookings. Canvas and place long-term and permanent vacancies. Negotiate on fees. Undertake effective client visits. Work from home two days a week.
THE CANDIDATE We are looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant with the following qualities and experience: You will either have proven recruitment experience or sales experience (telesales or field sales, business to business or business to consumer). A superb relationship builder as well as a business developer. Strong success in achieving targets. Hands-on approach and a forward thinker. Used to high call volumes. Ability to multitask. Professional, driven and determined. Driving licence essential.
