About the role We are looking for a full stack Senior Data Analyst to join our Data team in London at a stage where you can really make a difference. This is a hands-on role focusing primarily on n sales and operations analytics, collaborating with internal teams to inform decision-making. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced analyst who thrives in a fast-paced technical environment and is looking for an opportunity to build dbt models, create insightful dashboards, dive deep into analyses and handle more complex analysis in Python. This role will also involve senior stakeholder management and hence the ability to communicate actionable solutions that drive business growth. In the data team, you will have opportunities to grow both as a generalist and as a specialist, both across business areas, as well as across the analytics development pipeline. You'll be responsible for Provide insights across different Builder business areas, using a range of analytics methods, from simple to more complex Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations Provide analytics support to company growth and efficiency Translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative Contribute to source of truth data modelling (dbt) Requirements Core: Advanced knowledge of SQL Extensive experience with QlikSense or any other BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Powerbi etc) Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets You are a keen problem solver with a passion for using data to make better decisions, with a strong business acumen Attention to detail but with the ability to see the big picture Nice to have: Experience with Python Experience and understanding of core statistical principles Experience of basic data science algorithms Benefits Discretionary variable pay or commission scheme dependant on your role Stock options in a $450 million funded Series D scale-up company 24 days annual leave + bank holidays 2 x Builder family days each year Time off between Christmas and New Year Generous Referral Bonus scheme Pension contributions Private Medical Insurance provided by AXA Private Dental Insurance provided by Bupa Access to our Perkbox
