Location: Based in Hammersmith/NYC DAZN social is looking for a great leader and collaborator who will work closely with stakeholders across the organization and time zones to lead DAZN’s social efforts for football globally!

We're looking for a leader who is an organized self-starter and creative-minded. The right candidate will be highly motivated to deliver growth across key social metrics, leveraging data and insights, and rallying a team to program best-in-class social channels.
Key Responsibilities
You'll be DAZN football’s social lead across all programming & content creation efforts, from calendar planning to daily publishing, organizing shoots & delivering feedback, leading meetings, delegating and coaching team members Partner with football and multi-sport leads in planning weekly staffing schedules (on-site and on-desk), and leveraging freelance budget as needed to support key events Oversee game night coverage, leading communication between on-desk and on-site and broader DAZN Football teams, prioritizing content, programming channels, and ensuring content is accurate, engaging, on-brand and on-message Lead development of always-on and match-specific original content formats that drive engagement and event awareness without relying on talent access, and partner with internal and external creators to deliver against those plans Partner with the Football team, marketing, and production stakeholders to support talent availabilities, from booking crews (internal or external), developing and prioritizing content plans, providing feedback and ultimately publishing Support branded content efforts, collaborating with Sales team to create and optimize assets for social, and ensuring team is prepared to execute against brand deals Leverage data and insights to inform and improve content / programming strategies Serve as on-site social producer for select live event coverage as needed with the team Collaborate across DAZN verticals to support and leverage rights, access or talent across all channels
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
5-8+ years’ experience managing and programming social accounts for a publisher or brand Football and football culture knowledge is essential Must be fluent in all social platforms, from viral trends to engagement best practices, from aspect ratios to uploading processes, and beyond for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and X Comfortable representing DAZN Social with talent, partners, etc. Experience working with creative teams, particularly video editors and graphic designers, ideating and assigning topics, and providing feedback
