Office / Hospital Purpose of the Role:

To contribute to the organisation's goal of building a healthier nation and achieving the ambitious 2025 EBITDA budget and growth plan by driving the financial performance of three hospital sites. The individual should be highly experienced in delivering financial improvement, ideally within private hospitals. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with site senior leadership teams (SLT) to deliver the 2025 EBITDA budget and growth. Monitor and assess progress against the growth plan and mitigate deviations. Identify efficiency opportunities and challenge costs. Embed a continuous financial performance improvement framework. Provide commercial decision support and business insight. Appraise business performance and investments. Manage relationships with site and regional SLT and Executive Committee. Provide financial support for central initiatives as needed. Essential: University educated ACA or equivalent accountancy qualification with 5+ years of post-qualification experience Desirable: Experience working in the Healthcare industry, ideally private hospitals Experience working across multiple sites Experience, Knowledge & Expertise:

Essential: Proven experience driving financial improvement in complex organisations Strong stakeholder management skills Expertise in FP&A or business partnering Advanced Excel skills Desirable: Healthcare industry experience Role Specific Competencies: Excellent communication and influencing skills High level of commercial acumen and analytical skills Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills Leadership and management skills Objectivity and resilience Other Information: Hybrid role requiring 1 day per week at each site and 2 days working from home.
