As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented IT Infrastructure Lead to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management:

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to support the organization's IT infrastructure needs. Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies that align with business goals and priorities. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure IT infrastructure meets the needs of the business. Infrastructure Design & Optimisation:

Design, implement, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions (including servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments). Conduct regular assessments of IT systems to ensure performance, reliability, and security. Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. Network & System Administration:

Oversee the administration and configuration of internal networks, servers, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure components. Ensure network and system uptime, performance, and reliability meet agreed-upon service levels. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely and efficient manner. Security & Compliance:

Implement and enforce security policies, protocols, and best practices to safeguard IT infrastructure from external and internal threats. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as GDPR and ISO. Lead vulnerability assessments and security audits, implementing remediation steps as necessary. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with project managers, vendors, and other teams to ensure the successful deployment of infrastructure projects. Provide guidance and support to the IT support team for infrastructure-related escalations and incident resolutions. Present technical information to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable and actionable format. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and standards. Prepare regular reports on the health, performance, and utilization of IT infrastructure. Qualifications & Skills Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role. Proven experience managing and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure environments (servers, storage, cloud services, etc.). Strong knowledge of networking protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Experience in managing IT teams and projects. Technical Skills

Expertise in systems administration (Windows, Linux, or both). Strong understanding of database management, storage solutions, and backup strategies. Familiarity with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet). Solid knowledge of cybersecurity practices, threat management, and vulnerability scanning tools. Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. Soft Skills

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
