Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and inquisitive engineering students to join us in the summer of 2025 for an 8-10 week internship. During your internship, you will embed into an engineering discipline and you will get involved with designing new products or software while improving existing ones. This position offers a great opportunity to be involved in real design work to help meet technical deliverables for OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Successful applicants will be chosen with Software, Electrical, and Mechanical biases in mind. The closing date for this opportunity is Friday 31 January 2025; however, it may close sooner owing to the volume of applications. What will you be doing?

Design and create new features/functionality to enhance the user experience of our software suite. Support the Continuous Product Development process via drawing changes and updates. Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders. Prepare supporting documentation – engineering calculations, test reports, etc. Debug and solve problems, issuing rapid solutions. What are we looking for?

Currently completing a degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline – including, but not limited to, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Software Engineering. Confident and effective communicator with a good level of written and oral English. Ability to build rapport with others. Strong A-levels (or equivalent) in Maths and Physics are desirable.
