Senior Finance Manager

to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader to take ownership of financial reporting, cash flow management, and tax compliance, while supporting senior management with strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Prepare, review, and present financial statements Management Reporting:

Deliver insightful management reports to guide business strategy and operations. Budgeting & Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance, advising on variances. Cash Flow Management:

Ensure liquidity, optimise cash flow, and mitigate financial risks. Compliance & Audit:

Develop internal controls, oversee audits, and ensure tax compliance. Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a small finance team, providing training and development. Strategic Support:

Partner with senior management to provide financial analysis for business decisions, including acquisitions and investments. Key skills/ experiences:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience. Proven experience in a financial management role, ideally within a similar industry. Experience with financial software (e.g., Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrates leadership qualities, with a collaborative approach and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Why This Role?
