We are recruiting for an experienced maintenance mechanical engineer completing PPM and reactive maintenance on a prestigious commercial facility in the Manchester area. You will be expected to have good all-round knowledge of other FM disciplines and general maintenance. The role is a permanent position – Salary circa 39.9k Overtime available on off-shift Shift pattern – x2 ON Days, x2 ON Nights, x4 OFF 7am-7pm/7pm-7am Duties & Responsibilities
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on HVAC and mechanical plant To cover all maintenance of boiler room, venting, AHU, fan coil, pumps, valves and commercial plumbing To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements To respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service To support the other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional engineering qualification, Mechanical bias Willing to complete general building services and plant maintenance Experience of plant such as AHU, fan coils etc. Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment Must be presentable and reliable Willing to complete shifts If you are interested in applying for this role please click the APPLY button now.
