One of the region’s fastest growing groups (FMCG manufacturing setting) have an opportunity for a qualified (or exceptional part qualified) Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner. You will support the Head of Finance Business Partnering and enjoy playing a key role for a growth subsidiary / complex site. You will enjoy: Your role as FBP will involve working extremely closely with the leadership team at the diverse factory site - providing support to the key operational decision-making processes. You will enjoy providing more detailed management information and insight for the key decision making. It’s out and out business partnering, working with the factory and operational leadership team to drive excellence. Your MI and influence will make an actual difference to the P&L. You will produce and present detailed and meaningful management accounts - digging into costs and overheads, thrashing out true profitability and margin numbers, diving into forecasts, shining a light on the reality of the drivers of variance. It’s a valuable balance of BAU alongside project involvement and change. If you are a qualified (or potentially part qualified but experienced) Accountant / FBP who loves business partnering and wants to fast track their career we would love to speak. You will need: A completed qualification ACCA / CIMA ideally. Experience of an FMCG environment where you can really make a difference. Excellent track record of success as finance business partner / management accountant. Superb IT skills and confidence in your analytical ability (excellent Excel).
