Programme Manager
- inside IR35 - 6 months. HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN? North Highland are working with one of our key customers in the public sector. You will primarily work as a Programme Manager and lead end-to-end programme management activities, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You will also oversee delivery workstreams across business change, requirements management, and innovation identification as well as facilitating and supporting governance boards and steering committees. IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE: Proven experience as a Programme Manager in a Consulting environment. Business change and portfolio management experience. Valid SC Clearance. Comfortable managing ambiguity.
