We are seeking a Technical Product Manager in filtration technologies to support the sales growth and development of a diverse portfolio of liquid and gas filters, supplied to critical industries such as pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and fine chemicals. This role is crucial in providing expert technical support to customers and sales teams, managing regulatory compliance, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards in critical applications. You will need proven previous experience in working with high specification critical filters and have worked within the life science, food science, or pharmaceutical industry sector. This role is more focused on the technical product support than the product management, albeit you will get involved in R&D and marketing. The salary for this role is negotiable based on experience level in the sector, and we offer a profit share scheme paid twice yearly, on-site free parking, 24 days holiday, and lots of other excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for customers and sales teams, including integrity testing data and product testing compatibility. Manage technical reports for product testing and customer validation studies. Oversee product quality documentation (e.g., Validation Guides, product certification) and product approvals. Ensure regulatory compliance, responding to internal/external audits and managing regulatory changes (e.g., FDA, EU). Collaborate with R&D on new product development, defining product specifications and identifying test sites. Work with marketing and sales to ensure effective product launches, including positioning, pricing, and training. Monitor the sales growth, margin, and life cycle of new products. Assist in designing and delivering training programs for customers, employees, and distributors. Adhere to ISO standards and health and safety requirements. Support the long-term strategy and vision of the company. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline (Biological, Food, or Life Sciences preferred). Experience in product management and/or sales. Strong technical understanding of filters, their performance, and operational environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions. Intercultural sensitivity and language skills are an advantage. Experience in a process industry (e.g., pharma, food & beverage, fine chemicals). Experience with regulatory and compliance issues in highly regulated industries. Please send your CV for immediate consideration for the opportunity to join a well-established organisation that offers continuous improvement for personal growth. The role offers a competitive salary depending on experience, excellent benefits, and the opportunity for hybrid working.
