Senior HR Operations Specialist

to support our team during a Mat-Leave cover (9-month full-time contract). Things you will do:

Administer and manage employee records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment coordination, and access management. Process and manage employee changes, such as role changes, leaves of absence, and terminations, in HR systems. Collaborate with payroll and total rewards to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing clear and timely communication. Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations. Assist with compliance-related tasks, including audits and reporting. Proactively identify areas for process improvement within HR operations. What you already bring to the table:

Proven experience in an HR Admin, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations role. Ideally within a fast-paced technology company. Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or similar). Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (global experience is a plus). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. You are fluent in Spanish and English. We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
