About the Role: I am looking for a highly competent Project Manager with a strong background in fire and security systems to join our team based in Corsham. In this role, you will manage and oversee high-value residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee fire and security system projects from initiation to completion. Lead and coordinate the installation team, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to project plans. Maintain strict compliance with industry regulations and standards. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets. Conduct site visits and ensure on-site operations are executed safely and efficiently. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout each project. Monitor and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fire and security sector. Strong understanding of fire and security systems, including installation and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Full UK driving license.
