We are looking for Multi traders in the Bristol and Bath areas, working on social housing repairs and maintenance. You will receive £25-£26 per hr, weekly pay, and fuel allowance.
Responsibilities:
Repairs and maintenance within occupied properties Liaising with tenants Working off a PDA system
In Return, the Multi trade person will receive:
£25-£26 per hour Guaranteed 40 hours per week No Call-Outs
Requirements:
NVQ or time served in relevant trade Skills in carpentry and minor plumbing Social Housing Experience Own vehicle and tools
