Competitive (dependent on experience) Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment. Provide pastoral care, supporting students' emotional wellbeing and personal development. Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to address and manage behavioural concerns. Develop and implement individual behaviour plans (IBPs) and support strategies tailored to each student's needs. Promote a culture of respect, resilience, and inclusivity within the school. Requirements: Proven experience working with young people with SEMH needs, ideally in a secondary setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support staff and students. A proactive approach to behaviour management and pastoral care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
