The position will be an integral role with both technical & design management aspects to oversee the remediation works on legacy schemes. The position will offer excellent on-the-job training if no prior experience of fire remediation as well as career progression opportunities within the company moving forwards.
Ideally, your background will need to be in residential construction and technical/design management, especially in external cladding and remediation along with the delivery of new build residential and high-rise apartment schemes.
People management skills are required as there are junior members of the team that will need guidance and mentoring. It is essential for the chosen applicant to manage their own schemes and sites.
