MAK Jobs is recruiting Contracts Recruitment Consultant (Accounts Manager)

to join our team; you will be based in our modern Rugby office. You will be responsible to manage established industrial contracts. In return, we offer a competitive salary of

up to £28,000 per annum, plus commission. If you are experienced in recruitment and enjoy delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates, this role is for you!

You will also have access to a pool car, career progression opportunities, gym membership, and a company uniform. You will need to be flexible with shift patterns when required. Key Responsibilities: Resource, screen, and place candidates. Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates. Ensure a high level of service to meet client expectations and candidate satisfaction. Utilise various recruitment channels including job boards and social media. Work towards monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets. Update internal records. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports. Respond promptly to client requests and queries, ensuring high levels of customer service. Monitor and manage sickness and absences. Timely and accurate processing of timesheets for agency workers. Payroll. Regularly update and maintain online job postings (job boards and social media). On call. Any other role-associated duties. About you: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an industrial sector. Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving results. Ability to adapt to changing client needs and be flexible with shift patterns when required. We are offering: 1-2-1 coaching and support. Incentives and rewards for high performance.
