About the opportunity: We are looking for an individual who will specialize in Utilities and perform the following tasks: Manage and allocate daily utility tasks to the Utility Coordinator, ensuring progress until completion. Produce and maintain utility schedules, strategy documents, and drawings for each project, from planning to handover. Conduct site visits with the Infrastructure Manager, record visible utility apparatus, and prepare detailed reports and drawings. Develop and update site utility strategies, working closely with architects and the design team. Prepare multi-utility tenders, analyze quotes, and make recommendations for best value. Support the Design Manager with queries during site delivery and assist the Pre-construction team with drawings and reports. Organize and manage utility documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, accessible, and adhere to company procedures. Communicate effectively across teams, identify potential savings, and continuously improve departmental systems and processes. About the benefits and rewards: The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £55k DOE. In addition to the basic salary, there will be further company benefits. About the requirements: * Minimum of 5 years in the Multi-Utility Industry. * Basic, practical, and demonstrable knowledge of producing layout plans describing multi-utility schemes. * Good understanding of the various current Utility provider developer guidelines. * Computer literate (Word, Excel, Email, AutoCAD, Bluebeam). * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail with disciplined record keeping. * Strong negotiation abilities and basic cost management knowledge. * High standard of personal presentation and clean driving license. * Committed to Inclusion and Diversity.
