Key Responsibilities :
Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, chillers, and HVAC equipment. Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting on refrigeration systems and components to ensure efficient operation. Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment reliability. Replace or repair worn components, such as compressors, condensers, and electrical systems. Adhere to safety standards and regulations, including refrigerant handling guidelines and environmental requirements. Maintain detailed service records, including documentation of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules. Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients regarding upgrades or system improvements. Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet project deadlines and service commitments. Stay up to date with industry advancements, new technologies, and regulations affecting refrigeration systems. Respond to emergency repair calls and provide on-call support as needed. Requirements : Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer or similar role in the commercial or industrial sector. Certification in Refrigerant Handling (F-Gas or equivalent). Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, components, and control systems.
