Project Quantity Surveyor
to work for a niche developer based in East London, with all projects situated in this part of the capital.
The role is site-based, overseeing all commercial activities on an 18-unit residential development valued at approximately £5m, with a visiting commercial manager to support activities.
Candidates will need to be suitably qualified and have previously worked for a developer or residential house builder type organization.
This is a good opportunity for an up-and-coming Quantity Surveyor to run their own project.
