An established independent firm in the Berkshire area is seeking a Property Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for the full management of a portfolio of properties and will be pivotal in the smooth running of the department.

Duties to include: Dealing with enquiries. Arranging maintenance on a portfolio of managed properties. Keeping up to date with current legislation. Liaising with landlords and negotiating with contractors. Ensuring properties have gas safety certificates and comply with current legislation. Arranging and carrying out property inspections. Managing tenancy renewals. Referencing. General administration. The ideal candidate for this role

MUST

have previous property maintenance experience and be comfortable to hit the floor running.

A basic salary in the region of £28,000 - £32,000 is offered and hours of working are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
