Procurement and Contracts Partner 6-month Fixed Term Contract £55k - £65k (Pro rata) Hybrid working – 3 days per week on-site - Chatham, Kent Your Company: MHS Homes is a housing association based in Kent, UK. Your Role: As a Procurement and Contracts Partner, you will ensure the effective and organised procurement and management of Goods, Services and Works contracts with a focus on Asset contracts. Own and run PCR 2015/PA2023 compliant tenders Undertake data analysis and monitoring, ensuring accurate data is present on MHS systems Provide advice on best methods of procurement and contract design Develop best practice in relation to contract management and procurement; advise Development and operation of the e-procurement system and contracts database Support contract management including attendance at Contract Management Meetings, Social Value and KPI monitoring. Experience Required: Demonstrable experience in tendering to PCR2015 requirements, knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 Strong analytical skills, experience of analysing procurement related data from P2P and Asset Management Systems Proven knowledge of contract management approaches, KPI requirements, terminations and extensions Experience of working within the housing / public sector and with asset contracts Excellent attention to detail, takes ownership of data to ensure accuracy at all times Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts, primarily JCT’s Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) Experience of using eProcurement systems (In-tend, Delta, Pro-contract etc) MHS Homes value equality, diversity and inclusion.
