In this key support staff role, your core responsibilities will include overseeing student achievement, attendance, and behaviour. Your New Role: Manage and ensure the successful delivery of the school's vision for individual student achievement. Develop and support a vibrant and successful Faculty/House. Lead on pastoral, social, emotional, and behavioural issues of assigned pupils. Ensure excellent attendance, punctuality, and behaviour for learning. Monitor pupil achievement in the faculty/house(s). Contribute significantly to the community life of the school. Support the efficient and effective day-to-day running of the school.
