The ideal candidate will be innovative, team orientated, an effective communicator, and have a strong appreciation for a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. You are excited about early stage start-ups and the world of entrepreneurship. You are passionate for learning and growing in the marketing field. You are completing or have already completed a degree in marketing or a similar related field. You are fluent in written and verbal communication in English. Experience in a previous marketing role and proficient with analytical tools. A good understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn. Fluency in one or more modern European languages. Solid organisational skills. Ability to summarise, simplify and communicate useful data. A team player with a can-do attitude. A growth mindset. What the job involves

Joining our team as a Growth & Marketing Intern will give you an incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of our company's growth. Working closely with the Co-Founder, UK Country Director, and our top-tier Marketing & Growth team, you will play a vital role in shaping our Go-To-Market strategy and the official launch of Fleet in the UK. As part of your role, you will have the following responsibilities: Content Strategy: Contribute to the production of engaging content, including images, white papers, videos, and landing pages. Social Media: Manage our LinkedIn strategy, one of our primary acquisition channels, to drive brand awareness and engagement. SEO: Optimise our website and content to improve search engine rankings and attract organic traffic. Acquisition Campaigns: Collaborate closely with a freelancer to manage our acquisition campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and conversion. Translation: Oversee the translation and localisation of our marketing materials, ensuring consistency across different languages and regions. Strategic Projects: Take a leading role in launching new projects in the UK, contributing to their success and growth. What we offer
