Site Manager required to join a leading civil engineering contractor on a groundworks project in the Salisbury area. The Site Manager would ideally come from a civil engineering/groundworks background with previous experience in highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, earthworks, deep drainage, externals, and heavy civils.
The Site Manager would preferably have a relevant construction degree (HNC or HND) along with SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
The Site Manager will be responsible for managing sub agents, engineers, and foremen, ensuring the delivery of the project on time and within budget. Responsibilities also include developing relationships with clients, consultants, and site personnel, as well as ensuring health and safety is enforced and all works are completed safely.
