The programme: The Summer Internship has been carefully designed to prepare you to join our full-time Graduate Trading Analyst Programme. Our rigorous 8-week internship combines classroom-based learning with practical on-the-job training across our product desks. About you: You want to be a trader and have a passion for global markets. You probably have your own live or dummy trading account, which you use to test your ideas and strategies. You are curious and always ask “why”. You bring your “A” game to everything you do. You are comfortable challenging others’ reasoning and logic, as well as being challenged yourself. You are in your final or penultimate year of study at university. Your skills: High levels of self-motivation, drive and resilience. Excellent at maths and analytically minded. Ability to work under high pressure whilst maintaining accuracy. Willingness to tackle problems that may be unfamiliar. A confident and concise communicator. Proficient in Excel.
