Constructive Moves are working with a residential developer known for building traditional housing and apartment schemes across the UK who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to cover housing developments across Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and North London.
As Quantity Surveyor you will report into the Commercial Manager and will be allocated residential developments at various stages of construction to manage and assist in all financial aspects of the scheme.
In your role you will be expected to carry out the following duties: valuations measurements cost reports attending meetings ensuring that adequate cost monitoring and management is undertaken co-ordinate and agree the final accounts with various parties ensure that project approvals and completions can be obtained at the required times
This role would suit applicants who have held a surveying role within the residential sector in either a house builder or contractor and are focused on cost control and commercial awareness.
